                                       Chocolate Cookies with Molten Chocolate and Vanilla Ice-cream - Melt the chocolate and butter. Mix the sugar, eggs and flour. Add the molten chocolate. Take some moulds, butter them and fill to 3/4 with the mixture. Bake for 7 minutes at 158 degrees F. When coming out of the oven, lightly sprinkle the cookies with cocoa and some powdered sugar. Decorate a serving dish with molten chocolate. Place the cookies on the dish, accompanied with a nice scoop of vanilla ice-cream. Bon appetit!
