Strawberries with Basil- - Separate the strawberries. Take the nicest ones aside for the garnishing. Mix the others with the fresh basil, until you obtain a nice smooth sauce. Store it aside.
- Take the strawberries and cut them in half or into quarters.
- Then, put these strawberry pieces into the basil sauce.
